The cards are property of North American-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce (NABCC) and the holders agree to surrender them upon demand from NABCC. The discount offered herein is not valid with any other promotion unless specified otherwise by the retailers participating in the program. The size of the discount is determine by the retailers, participating in the program and is valid only within the period of the validity of the card.
