Below are some of the services that are included in the membership fees and are free of charge to our members. Also, here we have listed some of the specific areas in which NABCC assists its members, including but not limited to:
1. Distribution and exchange of information among members of NABCC to promote business opportunities in the Republic of Bulgaria and the countries from North America (USA, Canada and Mexico). Means of distribution include but are not limited to internally circulated information and the dissemination of information from sources external to the Chamber to be advertised or became available to its’ members.
2. Assistance in the process of obtaining patent, copy and trademark rights.
3. Assistance in application and registration processes: licenses and registration of companies (corporations, LLC/Ltd, joint ventures, representative offices, agencies etc.). All necessary taxes and fees are paid by the customer, and not by us.
4. Assisting in the process of designing and establishing distribution systems.
5. Facilitating and assisting in finding the most appropriate office space and equipment, and making travel and living arrangements in the foreign environment such as hotel reservations and accommodations, car rentals, etc.
6. Staffing, administrative and juridical assistance, interpreters, legal translation of documents
7. Organizing of seminars, workshops and symposiums to raise awareness and create knowledge of the political and investment climate, privatization, distribution and custom laws and regulations, cross cultural communication issues, geographical and historical facts.
8. Assistance to members of NABCC in participating in trade shows in their industry sector.
Below are listed some of the services offered only to Corporate Members:
Each Corporate Member receives two hours every month free of charge consultation and preliminary marketing research by NABCC team. The total time is not cumulative and cannot exceed 24 hours per year. The cost of this service is included in the annual membership fee. Additional time that is necessary for completing the work is charged at net prices.
One of our main activities is the lobbying for our members by utilizing the wide network we have established in the United States and the Republic of Bulgaria. U.S. Members, visiting Bulgaria will be given the opportunity to meet Bulgarian businessman and government officials and vice-versa; Bulgarian members, visiting the United States will be given the opportunity to meet with U.S. businessman and government officials.
If there is a potential for a business, we first refer potential customers to our corporate members and if there is no one amidst them to offer the service or the product, only then we refer the client to the rest of the members.
